The property is very clean, has excellent views and food. Appreciated dining at Bella Italia, set within 5 minutes' walk. Comfort twin room was big.

The rooms are air-conditioned and the place is comfortable. Moreover, the free wifi was available;)))

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is just perfect, situated on a wide canal with a beautiful view of the setting sun. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the housekeeping, everything was top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice personal touch. The room amenities were great, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which had cozy garden furniture.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming riverside town, and I was delighted with the location. The hotel had a shared terrace overlooking the river, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. It must be even more enjoyable in sunny weather! The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the good internet connection via wifi. The restaurant offered a nice variety of food, although the prices were a bit high compared to other places I've eaten. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Being able to enjoy the river view during meals was a highlight. The buffet and a la carte options had a wide variety of food and beverage choices, making it a great way to start and end the day. The hotel is also in a convenient location near various city attractions and the car park was spacious and close to the room.

Although the room was quiet, the en suite bathroom was a bit cramped and stuffy. It would have been nice to have some fresh air circulating in there.

Great location for day trips on bike, including Giethoorn. Hotel offers rental service for normal and e-bikes. Spacious and clean rooms with canal views. Good selection of tasty choices at the restaurant's evening buffet. Friendly and professional staff.

Felt extremely safe, nothing to complain about.

We had an amazing time in this hotel by the river. The view from the balcony was incredible, with lovely scenery and peaceful surroundings. The restaurant terrace was great and we enjoyed dining there. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of high-quality food. We particularly enjoyed the gluten-free rolls and the fresh fruit and vegetables.

We were disappointed by the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which was the only downside.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel located near the river with a great view. The hotel offers excellent facilities including bicycle rentals, spacious and clean rooms facing the setting sun over the river, and a pool that was perfect for swimming laps. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious. This location is also conveniently situated close to shops and restaurants.

had a luxurious holiday in zwartsluis, and hotel zwartwater exceeded our expectations. loved that our dog was welcome, basic rooms were good, excellent food at fair prices, and a beautiful setting. had the pool to ourselves in the evening. perfect for exploring giethoorn.

Wonderful, peaceful fishing village. Wide canal location for relaxation. Bike rental & two excellent restaurants. Shared terrace overlooking the river.
